Credit Glory, Credit Clerk, Credit Joy, and Credit Sage (collectively the “Credit Glory companies”), a related company Standard Scores, and others have been sued by the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) for an alleged unlawful credit repair scheme and deceptive marketing tactics. The Court granted a Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”) against the Credit Glory Companies and later issued a Preliminary Injunction (“PI”) against them. These businesses are now under the control of a court-appointed receiver. As authorized by the TRO and the PI, the receiver suspended operations based on his determination that the business cannot be operated legally and profitably without dramatic changes in the business model. Important information regarding the lawsuit and your rights as a customer can be found on the Receiver’s website, https://regulatoryresolutions.com/case/federal-trade-commission-v-credit-glory-llc-et-al-credit-glory-receivership/
